Ecommerce Transformation Programme Lead

They employ over 6,000 people across 32 countries and their products are sold or distributed in over 130 countries with an annual turnover of €3.6 billion.
The (Hybris) eCommerce Transformation Programme Lead will report to the President Direct to Consumer and take the lead on both technology implementation and business change for the full programme of work in implementing Hybris and putting in place new systems and ways of working to enable international scale-up for the company and the wider international brand portfolio companies. Working alongside the Head of Technology and directly managing a small business change team (4 x implementation managers) this person will also work closely with the System Implementation company, Group stakeholders and the local leadership team to get the programme delivered successfully.
The programme lead must be a seasoned eCommerce leader, with significant experience in leading eCommerce transformation, ideally in a retail context. They will have strong eCommerce business process understanding and know the potential pitfalls that come with eCommerce platform implementation/ migration and business change in a fast paced eCommerce setting. This person needs to know how to plan and manage a highly complex and scale programme to a deep level of detail, so that they can oversee that is done correctly within the teams. In addition they must understand the impact of the business change and oversee that this is being carefully
managed appropriately to mitigate risk. Working with Finance and Head of Technology the Programme Lead will oversee a significant Capex and Opex budget, and ensure costs are being rigorously tracked and managed, as well as working closely with the President D2C to ensure scope and deliverables remain aligned with the company strategy.
To enable continued growth and international expansion of eCommerce at company through replacing Magento with Hybris as the new eCommerce platform and investing in surrounding eCommerce technology and capability (e.g. DAM, PIM, LSP, Translation software and services etc;). This is a strategic major systems investment to support growth for company and build out D2C capability in the group of companies worldwide.
This assignment is expected to have a minimum 12 month duration. The assignment would require at least 2-3 days per week on site in the northern part of Holland.
